Inter Services Selection Board known as ISSB, representing ISSB Kohat, Gujranwala, Malir and Quetta. ISSB is human resource organisation which selects future leadership or we can say officiers for the armed forces of Pakistan including Pakistan Army, Pakistan Navy and Pakistan Air Force. ISSB acts as recruitment center for the Armed Forces of Pakistan.

ISSB Test Procedure
ISSB selection is made in five days of psychological screening to test the ability, aptitude and personality of the aspirants. The ISSB tests are held in any one of the four centers, namely Kohat, Gujranwala, Quetta and Malir.
Candidates which clear the selection procedure qualify, provided that they have to pass a medical test to undergo officer training at military academies, primarily the Pakistan Military Academy in Kakul the Pakistan Naval Academy in Manora and the Pakistan Air Force Academy in Riaslpur.
